I recently switched to Windows 7 and all my downloads were wiped including Dragon Age. Im kind of messy and had left my Dragon Age disc outside of its box and the back of the disc is kind of scratched, so when it gets near the end of the download it says Install failed. Is there anyway that I can download the game legally from Bioware and offer proof that I own the game with my key?

Go toe http://activate.ea.com/ and enter your CD Key. This will let you download the Digital version with the EA Download Manager.
