I don't think it's necessary to see Tali's face, but would it really be that bad if Bioware gave us a better idea of what Quarians actually looked like?

It would be cool to see the quarian's faces especially tali, but they didn't want to do that in this game and they probably knew people would be able to get that angle so they spawned a second mask.

Bioware probably predicted that people would try to see the face using such methods. I really like Bioware, they're very clever. That will probably be a big event in ME3. The face of Tali revealed. Please let them show the face.

BioWare didn't predict anything. They just knew you would never see the front of Tali's face in that scene so it would be no use modeling/texturing her face when you're never going to see it anyway. Look at how the mask is animated. You can clearly see that it doesn't move along with Shepard's hand quite well. But it doesn't matter, because you're not seeing it in the actual cut-scene anyway.
