Ok, so from what I've seen, this is a fairly common problem. I've done my research on this bug and have discovered that it was a known issue when the game was shipped
http://meforums.biow...91619&forum=124 last post by a quality control memeber on this thread states as much. At the time of this posting it was said that there were no resources to fix this bug, well I've also done a fair amount of research looking for a bug fix and have discovered that they WERE able to patch a fix for the PC version of this game.
http://masseffect.bi...ates/index.htmlMy question is when will we 360 users be getting this patch!?!? I've invested
over 40 hours worth of game play and I'll be hard pressed to want to start this game over. In fact it's quite more likely that I would not play this or Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age for that matter, simply because of this morale breaking glitch. I was going to buy points to download the game content for all three of these games, but I doubt I'll be doing that either any time soon. I've noticed this particular post hasn't even gotten a reply and it's four months old, unless perhaps this person recieved a PM. Personally I would hope Bioware's customer service is more up to snuff than to just not reply at all, especially since The Old Republic MMO is on my to buy list (very much depending on whether or not this issue gets adressed in fact). I very much love the games this company has put out and would very much like to continue my current game that I have not only invested time, but the money of purchasing it in the first place. I beg of you, please put me in my place and tell me there is indeed a fix for this issue, or if not make one quickly! I'd hate to think that Bioware considers the PC community's time and money more valuable than the 360 console player's.
