your choice is not carried into ME2. thats why miranda gives you a "quiz" to test your memory.

also intimidating ethan jeong will result in zhus hope receiving additional funding from ExoGeni corp. this is mentioned in news broadcast updates in ME2

[Citadel:Homecoming]-returned body (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3
If this is the mission that I think it is (husband wants the body of his dead wife, who was a marine on Eden Prime), then you get an e-mail from him in the second game.

Nothing for the add-ons? I didn't play Pinnacle Station, so I don't know anything about that. But ME2 tracks whether you completed 'Bring Down the Sky', and also whether Balak survived. No idea on his insubordinate subordinate, as I tend to kill him.

[Citadel:I Remember Me]- bait and switch (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
[Citadel:I Remember Me]- talked Talitha down (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
I don't know if the first one does anything, but the second one results in an email from Talitha in ME2.

[UNC:Hostile Takeover]- accepted money (I don't know)
[UNC:Hostile Takeover]- persuaded to disband the gang (meet the gang leader on Omega)
You still meet the gang leader on Omega if you took the money and let her keep operating; she's a part of Aria's criminal empire instead.

[Citadel:Doctor Michel]-killed blackmailer (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
[Citadel:Doctor Michel]-persuaded blackmailer (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
These result in an e-mail from her, inquiring to take care of Garrus.
[Citadel:I Remember Me]- talked Talitha down (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
This is also an e-mail. She states she's doing better, and thanks you, I think.
[Contract and Licenses]- Got Elkoss Combine license (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
This one is if you talked to Morlan (guy in the downstairs Market in ME1). He sends you an e-mail about special deals and your "size" not being adequate.

Just wanted to mention you get an email from Talitha if you talk her down, she writes an email saying she is trying to get better at some point in ME2. I think it said something like "you probably don't remember me but you stopped me from hurting myself with a gun [. . . ]"

i agree, but in one playthrough i was curious what the intimidate would do. it spares his life, but it also makes it so that the colonists have a much easier time trying to rebuild their lives due to the financial boost they get.generic username wrote...

Yeah... I think it can affet the quest ending flaged as good+ instead of just good. Wouldn't be suprised in some impact on ME3.Amethyst Deceiver wrote...

For UNC Dead Scientists - if you save the scientist and Toombs (not sure if it's possible to only save one), then there's a news announcement that Dr. Wayne and Corporal Toombs will be testifying against Cerberus, and that the organization is implicated in the death of Admiral Kahoku.
its possible to only save one.
in one outcome toombs kills himself with his gun. in another outcome you can shoot the scientist yourself, so that you take the heat instead of him, while still giving him enough closure to feel vindicated.
either way if you keep toombs alive, he sends you an angry email about how you are working for the enemy that did those horrible things to him.

It also has the interesting side effect of not making Juliana Baynham into an instant Thorian expert, even though she just found out it existed all of two seconds ago. Instead, after hearing a bit about the spore infection aspect, she just says she might have an idea and to come talk to her once you're done talking to Jeong or whatever. When you do, she doesn't say the whole "They'll never let you near it" thing at all, and only mentions the "weakened immune systems" bit when you ask about the grenades. I.e., putting a hole in Jeong also puts a hole in the plot.

The paragon charm option will result in both of them left alive. I had the "scientist testifies" news announcement in one of my imports.
Is there any word if someone has made a final save editor for ME1 so that you can directly import into a new game with the choices you made?

it was possible to have an outcome of only one dying. which is possible
to have either one die.
i think its referring to if you talked to Morlan or not. if you did, you get a spam email from himRailstay wrote...
Looking awesome, but I heard getting an Ekloss Combine license in ME1 affects ME2 somehow. What does it do?
