i think its referring to if you talked to Morlan or not. if you did, you get a spam email from him

I'd have to check, but I'm virtually certain I never bought the Elkoss license with my imported character, and I still got the mail from him.  I did however buy the Geth Armory one from Morlan, so it may be that any license will do.

IIRC people have tried unflagging the "intimidated Conrad" option and still had the same dialogue on Illium, which would imply the Paragon consequence was actually left out of the game for some reason.

Oversight?  Strange design decision?  Who knows?

Supposedly, if you grep around in the PC version's files, you can find an email he's meant to send if you went Paragon with him in ME1.

Or he's just crazy. I'm fine with that explanation. :P

Very useful guide, thanks!

Makes sense, since the Paragon ending for him in ME1 sees him returning home to be with his wife.

I think there may also be something with the UNC: Besieged Base quest (the "Paragon Quest" you get when you hit a high Para score).  The questi involves you having to kill biotic extremists without killing the hostage scientists.  You get additional Paragon score for each one left alive.

I kept getting a Galacticv News flash in my ME2 game that said Sirta Foundation never recovered from a biotic extremist attack 2 years ago (weird since I saved all the scientists - bugged maybe?).  I think that flash is related to this ME1 quest.

Off topic, how did you get that custom profile picture?

Just thought of one more. The UNC: Rogue VI mission from ME1. Miranda makes a reference to how Shep fought it in ME2.

Actually, the news flash in ME1 for that quest was bugged too, saying it had been a bloodbath and all.

She makes a reference to it even if you never did that quest...

[Player]- romancing Liara (Liara kisses you on Illium)

There is also a photo of Liara on the desk in the Captain's quarters, beside the medals.

Yeah, personally, if that's true, I say bring on the glitch.  Much funnier than a lousy email.

It's still a bug tho... even if you say it's better that way.

[Citadel:The Fourth Estate]- excaused yourself and looked good (I don't know)
[Citadel:The Fourth Estate]- punched her (lol... I don't know)
[Citadel:The Fourth Estate]- refused interview and looked bad (I don't know)

If you punched the news reporter in ME1 (that one chick with a really long name), that reporter reappears again in ME2 and she reminds you that you knocked her out two years ago.

[Virmire:Assisting Kirrahe's Team]- Geth flyers disabled (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)
[Virmire:Assisting Kirrahe's Team]- Geth flyers reported (no effect visible in ME2, maybee in ME3)

One of these two might affect a dialogue option when talking to Mordin on the Normandy. Pretty minor but Mordin brings up the subject of Kirrahe, there will be a dialogue option stating "I know Kirrahe!" ... I don't ever recall this option on a default ME2 Shepard, only on an imported ME1 Shepard.

Then again, the conversation in ME2 has him mention that his wife bought him the shuttle ticket to let him go on his "adventures".  That suggests that he was at home after all between the two games.

There's one item that I didn't see on the list, and am actually quite surprised by its absence.  In ME1, a mission or two after you discover Admiral Kahoku's body, you're contacted by a representative of the Shadow Broker.  You're asked to provide some files that Kahoku apparently promised in exchange for information on Cerberus.  You're told that the Shadow Broker will remember whether you handed over the information and that this may impact things in the future if you ever need help from the Shadow Broker.  Of all of the things in the game, this is one that I thought would almost certainly get transferred over simply because of the way it's handled.  The conversation strongly implies that whether you give the Shadow Broker the data will have strong repercussions down the road.

But the list in the first post doesn't have anything that seems to connect with this.  Quite surprising, really.

This is weird, nothing from the Fourth Estate is flagged when I checked my ME2 save.

Did anyone else kill Ethan Jeong? What flags are supposed to show up in Gibbed?

All of those Virmire missions related to Kirrahe combine to determine whether or not he dies. That's the only thing from what I could tell.

@Above: The news report I got was that Feros is announcing an expansion after struggling for a small time after ME1

I don't know if it's known or not, but the first post is not edited. Choosing Udina over Anderson actually does produce different results. If Udina is chosen to lead a new or all-human council, he will not give you spectre status.

Hey man, this guide is really awesome. The only problem is that it's kinda hard to read.

I think it would be easier to read if instead of

[Citadel] abc
[Citadel] def
[Citadel] ghi

you had

Citadel

- ABC
- DEF
- GHI

Cheers Adam - does it show in Gibbed that you intimidated Jeong?  In mine it does, even though I didn't, I just shot him :/

How do I keep Kirrahe alive? Which box should/shouldn't I check?

You can check both. At least on my Paragon play both were flagged.
