So, if I use this with a Mass Effect 2 save and I only edit Mass Effect 1 Flags, do I need to do the whole new game+ thing or will it be fine if I just save the changes to the flags?

I was hoping this guide was accurate so on my latest ME1 I could just do the assignments that will actually affect things later on. But it's not... it's missing the Family Matter choice that actually has some effect on ME2 among other things. Time to put on some music and grind through every assignment for the millionth time...
