I cannot stand either the ME1 or ME2 version of Liara, and do not understand how Tali, however pleasant her personality, can be classed as a love interest, when any exchange of body fluids could potentially kill her.

As a student of Biochemistry (we actually know Chirality and even synthesised a few dextro-amino acids in labs), the risk of poisoning will only occur during ingestion, entering the blood stream, or mucal membrans. Even then there is not enough in saliva to create a reaction unless you swallow a few month fulls.

Yes I know that was gross, Biology is never -not gross-. So don't swallow and use protection. With those tips in mind have all the cross-chiral relationships you want.

Sidenote, my professor's kid plays ME too and the professor actually saw the talk of chirality in the game. Hence why it was a slightly larger focus than it usual would be in a regular class (half a lecture instead of the usual quarter). She was happy that chrial amino acids showed up in a science-fiction story (plus she is a Trekkie too).

Male shepard and ME2 only, though:



1. Jack- (Paragon) She opens up to you, and she's still ready to fill anybody else full of buckshot. She manages to be human without turning into the typical image of a "weak" female. She comes across as some kind of psychotic badass, and you find that there's a person in there. She breaks down in your arms. Genuinely one of the series' most touching moments.



2. Tali- While I do think it could've been done better, it's touching anyway. She loves you, and she makes sure you know. Fine, maybe immediately researching interspecies sex is a bit weird, but she's grown up and really come into her own since ME1. Before it was about hips, not it's more than that. More of a tied first.



3. Miranda- Seemed a bit like "Shepard's nice, he's sexy, let's do it in the engine room" and nothing else, but I guess we'll need to wait til ME3 to find out what happens here.

Pick the no promisses with Miranda and you will see it's more then just sex.
