Shale achievement missing?

I have completed the achievement that comes with the Stone Prisoner, but it doesn't register properly on my 360. I saw a brief mention of this bug on another post, but not a proper description of the fix, can anyone direct me? DA:O is the first game I ever got all the achievemnets on, and it grates me to not have the credit for "my devotiion" to one of my favorite games.

I would say revert to a save before you got the achievement and do it again. Then you will know if it's an issue of it just not showing up or if you haven't been accredited the achievement at all.

No chance of that. I've completed that task several times on several characters, as has my fiancee on my system, we are quite hooked, still playing it all the time.

My achievement breakdown says I have it, but only if i look at the list of individual achievements, on summaries, or whne others view it online, it shows the one missing.

This issue has been reported by a very small number of individuals. Previous posters have noted that recovering your profile seemed to fix the issue. You may want to give that a shot.
