If you meant to use the word "Installed" when you wrote "Downloaded", any PC you want to use must meet the requirements of the game, as stated in the (ME2) Tech Forum, in Chis' message there (second from the top -- oops! It's now pinned as third from the top there). Very few laptops, out of the many that have been sold, are capable of playing this type of game.
If you already had a thread going that you wanted to expand upon, starting a new thread isn't the best way to continue (OK, I found that you had added a comment to someone else's thread in another forum, about a very old Dell desktop computer that may be so old and slow that wasting money on an upgrade is a bad investment). However, you do need to expand the description(s) of the PCs involved, just as Chris describes.

I'm playing on a laptop maximum settings (8x AF) @ 1920x1200 resolution.
Here are my specs for comparison:
MSI GT 725-075
Plays nice and smooth.

It's not about requirements here, guys.
I think it's more about having installations on several machines with same key and if it's possible to have DLC with both of them.

Click on the OP's forum name, and you go to the profile. There, you will see the link to the other thread, belonging to another member, about a Dimension 4600 system from Dell (about six years old, since it's still AGP). It only has an MX 440 video card in it.
