Be happy. I've killed over 600 on a single play through and it still hasn't unlocked for me. (unless the heroic achievments is also bugged and misscounting actual number of kills)

I got my 1000 darkspawn kill yesterday. I beat the game once started a rogue dwarf and it unlocked while I was in the big battle going up the tower to light up the reinforcements tower.

How many play throughs you done? Cause the total is of all your play throughs.

There seems to be a few issues with achievements. I picked up Blight-Queller on my first playthrough, but I am catching hell getting Traveler.

That achievement, just like class specializations, isn't connected to your saved game, so you can kill some darkspawn, reload, kill them again and reach it even though your accomplishment sheet might say you've killed less.

Meh. I just think it's bugged period. Got it on my first play through on the ps3. When I switched to the pc version, character sheet was showing 688 darkspawn kills before it gave me the 'killed 500 darkspawn' achievment.

there are a lot that are bugged i think. i've got crafty (25 items) but not tinkerer (1 item). and i've never set a trap but i've got both achievements for that somehow.

I used a glyph spell and got the achievement for setting a trap

I havent had any problems with any of my achievements, I think I got a specail game or something because I havent had any problems at all with my game. I know the darkspawn achievements are through all playing fields so if you have 2 different origins going the count how many you have killed all together.

I have killed 800 something Darkspawn (frankly it feels like more...like I killed every single Darkspawn in the Deep Roads) and didn't get the Master Warden 500 kill achievement. I'm about ready to start my second playthrough, but starting to get suspicious that these achievements are broken for me!

The glyphs are considered traps, so that might be where it's coming from.

 I have killed over 500 darkspawns under my first playthrough and a bit over hundred darkspawns on my second playthrough but still no achievement<_<

I have 930 Darkspawn kills on one, and 120 on the other, but no Master Warden or Blight-Queller. Is this a confirmed glitch? I would hope Bio-Ware will do an update to fix this...

I'm showing 997 darkspawn killed, and still no Master Warden.

I had issues with achivements too -- I was able to get the Rogue achivement on my second to last talent (instead of all). I guess this is one of them? (Unless you've played on another character before.)

It counts darkspawn kills over all playthroughs, I believe.

i have well over 500 darkspawn kills and still havent got master warden yet i dont get it

Hmm i wonder if its meant to be 500 kills made by your main character specifically, and not by your entire party.

Edit - just checked on mine, and my party kills for darkspawn is listed at 1062 and ive got master warden and blight queller so I'm guessing its based on party kills and not main character kills and is bugged for those of you without the achievement.

I too am suffering from this - it must be glitched. I've e-mailed them about it, and with so many thread like this about, they must be aware of the issue.



I refuse to play Awakening until they fix this bug, as I want 100% achievements, and have put a LOT of time and effort into this game.

ah,  that explains it -- I was about 200 to 300 short when I got mine

Im so confused on this, one playthrough with mage i have over 1000 darkspawn kills. Another playthrough with about 800. I'm on my third playthrough, n was thinking maybe it has to be ur main character who gets the kills, but most people are saying that's not true... anyone rele know what's going on?! Or what I should do? I'm not deleting my game saves, cos I wanna use the characters in the awakening expansion when i finally platinum this.

Thought I'd add, as I didn't realise i hadn't mentioned before. I have neither 'Master Warden' or 'Blight Queller' trophies.

I'm closing in on the end of my second playthrough, with well over 1000 kills, and I have neither Master Warden nor Blight-Queller.

This has just compounded my irritation after playing through the incredibly buggy Awakening.
