    I just had my codex reset. At the moment the only things in it are a bunch of entries about what I have in the inventory ( watcher's keep items) and the tutorials tat keep filling the controls tab.
   It happened after i played a bit with the toolset, created a module (as in the wiki tutorial), tested it (where the tutorial thingies started to appear), and now It's buh-bye to to all the other entries. (regardless of what save game I use).
 Any way to fix this...(yeah...fingers crossed).


Edit : Also, now, the screen goes black in each conversation.

Edit2: Can anyone help me with this? Not the codex (which is really annoying since I like collecting the entriesand reading them and now they're gone) as much as the fact that I can't play the game anymore because of the way the conversations play out.

Bumping it for some attention...

And to re-tell what caused these issues : The game worked fine - > installed 1.01 patch + toolset - > game got screwed.

Yeah...the black convo screen was a matter of re-creating the Bioware folder in Documents, but the codex is still reset after the toolset "incident".
