Turian Councilor: Ah yes, The "Reapers".

Mostly the little attention to detail type things, like ..



Mordin's singing -- absolutely classic.



Citadel game merchant comment about how old school RPGs used to make you drink water and take 5 hours to travel places -- a pointed comment at some members of the RPG community, and quite funny.



Garrus's conversation after his loyalty mission (had Shepard shaking his head with the flexibility and reach comments .. quite funny).



The bachelor party comments at Eternity on Ilium.



The romance between the Krogan and the Asari and how they pop up again after Grunt's loyalty mission.



And so on. Very tight attention to detail throughout the game.

I can't narrow it down to one moment, but in general I love:



When Joker does his robotic-Legion impression.

Any time someone does airquotes - "hurhur, through the cracks", etc.

When Shep says there's bull**** on the line.

Got the same talk with my Fem shep and I have to say I do wonder how flexible salarians are and what that was appealing to a krogan.

As far as epic goes, the ending cutscene. Whoah dayum, son!  *As he looks out the Normandy's window*. THe Beginning was also amazing.

As far as the romances are concerned, I thought the moment when my shepard told Tali he loved her was also good.

As far as funny is concerned, I thought the where EDI said "I love to see humans on their knees" and Joker giving the  surprised look was hilarious.

God there are too many moments...



I have to say Thane's prayer scene was extremely bad-ass. The entire end cinematic were amazing.



Joker and EDI gave me the most lols.



And Tali's romances scenes were adorable...

Samara finally catching up with Morinth. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet. Crap flying everywhere; it was one of those "OH SH!T..........Hot" moments. But yeah, it was also pretty emotional. I won't say anymore since this is the non-spoiler section of the forum.



Also final battle cutscenes were good.

Thane's entrance scene was awesome, jumping out and clearing the room. As was the vanishing on his loyalty mission.



Meeting Archangel was good too.



Of course the ending cinematic was fantastic.



Joker and Edi and also the 2 engineers gave me a few laughs.



Also the Normandy reveal was good.



There's loads more I would list but they would be spoilers.

This game has so many, some make you laugh, "What that means is, Sir Issac Newton is the deadliest motherf--- in the galaxy!" and "I am the very model of the scientist Salarian....." and some make you cry, "He promised to build me a house..." Bioware, I love you.

I loved the exchange between Garrus and Tali in the Citadel hilarious. but the exchange between gabby and kenneth had me in fits :

Gabby: Did you know there's a girl living down in the machine rooms?
Kenneth: She better doesn't touch anything or i will shoot her.
Gabby: She's wearing nothing more than tattoos from the waist up.
Kenneth: Oh, ehm, I better go down and introduce myself...
Gabby: ... and she's also a psychopatic biotic who can kill you by blinking...
Kenneth: Stop toying with me, woman!

The beginning of the game is just a thing of beauty.

The End game is just epic in every way (Music, speeches and fighting)

Seeing Zaeed and Jack dead made me smile.

I just love everything about this game.
