Why do some still insist on the tentacle monster option? In ME1, if you check Tali's face in squad screen with different armors (different color and transparency of mask), you can pretty much tell how her face looks like. Eyes, nose, cheeks, all visible. Hair, skin color and detailed general head structure are the unsolved questions.

Yeah add a human nose, glowing eyes and maybe some facial markings and i'd be fine if that is what Qurians look like. Also though she was kinda hot in Star wars 2, think it was the voice and the way she moved.

If you're refering to me, It is more that I expect within the lore that the Quarians would have attempted to retain aspects of their appearance in designing the suits. I could also be on my own in thinking that the Quarian helmet designs even give the impression of hair though.

As for the Eldar comment, it was just a bad joke I tacked on.

And I also just read Ascension and it says Quarians have something that pass for ears, so its most likely not elf-ears, but I saw no mention of hair or the lack-of at all

yeah if you have ever worn a cast or ever had any part of your skin confined to a sealed environment you will know that your skin gets extremely gross and clamly and pale.

if anything, quarians are probably the ugliest species in the galaxy, their bodies have definitely undergone evolution in 300 years. their skin pigmentation is probably completely gone, meaning you can see through their pale, opage flesh. they probably do not have hair as this thread implies, no eyebrows or eyelashes etc.

Turians look pretty badass in my opinion. Here's something that's occurred to me though... We still have never seen Turian females, or Krogan, or Salarian, or come across Elcor, or Volus females at all. Just human women, and the unisex Asari... Galaxy's seeming a bit one-sided.

Apparently females are useless in the mass effect world

I dunno, bioware may use it as an experiment to find out if ppl really do "like" Tali, regardless of looks, or if the sole reason they like her, is because each person can make her look exactly as they want.

i dont understand how you look at her face and leaked clay models of her face under her helmet and presume she will be something like an offspring of dr zoidberg, you expect far to much for her to be ugly, but we are just a month after the release of mass effect 2, we still have a couple of years before we get thier, its too soon to speculate

Quariens are mammals... So no zoidberg bug fish etc thing will go on with them.

1/ No such thing as alien mammal, mammal only applies to Earth animal kingdom

Shepard smiles when he takes her helmet off, not a frightened or even surprised look, so we have to assume that she's at least cute if not sexy.

Anyone else notice Tali's voice still sounds helmet-filtered after the helmet comes off?
