Ok here goes...are there more options for the GRAPHICS...because the in-game menu seems pretty basic!

Run the configuration utility for ME2, you should find it when you run launcher, it's under CONFIGURATION (if you have Steam version go to Steam->Steamapps->Common->Mass Effect 2->Binaries. You'll see the configuration .exe in there. Just double click to run it).
