I tried to search for this sort of topi but couldn't find any so here goes..

I am wondering why my achievements keep updating but not the character itself? I have all the boxes checked in game that I want to keep updating and yet my character has been stuck on level 7 (according to the profile) for about a day now. Is this a reoccuring issue that is being fixed or just something happening to me?

I would like to know this too as mine is stuck at level 2! i also searched couldnt find any answers

I had that happen to me when I first got the game. What I first did is I deleted all of my characters here at the website (using the "Manage Characters" button on the character screen here). Then I registered my game. I thought that my game would have registered when I logged in, but it didn't. If you haven't already, go to Profile -> Register Games and type in the registration code (on the back of the manual if you have a hard copy). I'm not sure which of those two things worked, but after that I played the characters a little more and both of them updated within 24 hours. It does take quite awhile to update here, usually at least a day for me.

my game is already registered and i have deleted toon once!

Game registered online later then first run of game (because of technical errors with registration),

after three days my chars uploaded on my web profile, BUT with just lvl 1, 0 exps, 0 kills... and only once updated and that was just picture of character (clothes on)...

Updated are only achievements, nothing else so far

Having exactly the same problem here, though I only registered my game on this site AFTER starting up my char 0_o

*Edit - it's pretty annoying, considering loads of others seem to work fine...

Yeah, same deal. My toon's achievements have uploaded, but he is still stuck at lvl 1. Also, the website won't allow me to register my game. I used the same code I used when I installed it, but I can't register it on the website.

I have the same problem. He's stuck at lv6 on the site, but I'm actually lv11 in full blood dragon armor in the actual game. Some assistance would be nice.

Something we had to do for the Warden's Quest event was to change our armour - that would force the data to update so it could be collected and each team compared results. It may be the same for how this site grabs its data.



Simply take off a piece of armour, then put it or another piece back on. Continue playing and save the game.



My stats are fairly up to date, though I have since restarted the game and been away for a few hours, so it may have been this that caused the update.
