I've been looking at the resources available for the level editor and so far I've only found one set of resources that look to be useable for a rustic house, i.e. the fhi_ folder. However, every one of these exterior walls is a uniform gray with some wood planks. It looks like there's no way to "paint" a house. Am I missing something? I could not find anything in the wiki or the toolset object properties to indicate that changing the color of a model is possible. Am I going to have to export the model, tint it, and import it back to change the color? I really hate to think I'm going to have to create a hundred houses in a village, all the same drab gray. Talk about "dark" fantasy.
Color?????

I can think of two ways. One is to create a modified texture file, and a whole new set of models that use that texture. This is certainly possible - I have been playing with recoloured versions of some of the creatures, but the principle is the same.
The second approach involves the material editor, and would mean adding a tint line to the model's MAO file.
