Something needs to be done about this new bug I found. Sometimes, when a lot of people are shooting my character, it just says "Game Over". WTF? So broken. This game is broken.

Well, I'd recommend posting this as a new POST as it has nothing to do with the Korgan thing that this thread deals with. That way your new post is more easily visible to the folks of Bioware who may be able to address your issue.

That said, I have never seen or heard of this bug until now. The only bug I encountered was when I went after the Blue Suns (I believe it was) on one of the anomaly missions - there was one last person (that charges out from the door in the beginning) - that I could not shoot. Not even with a sniper rifle. And the funny thing is - this character never fired at me. When i figured at her, there'd be like this purple smudge of where the bullet hits (like it was hitting a wall). So since she never took aim at me, I was able to go up to her and melee her in the back of the head and kill her. It's the ONLY bug I have so far encountered.

I'm always afraid when I see a
Krogan stalking towards us and make my squad focus fire on it because I
know it's gonna take a hell of a lot of flak to bring it down.
Krogan
are supposed to be intimidating like that. If you die because one
managed to get within the danger zone, that's your own tactical
mistake.

Exactly. Always kinda cool when I hear "Krogan Charging!" before looking around and... pain.

See, people who understand the game and know to respect KROGANS.

If you have the space to do so, simply retreat a couple of rooms. The AI is easily mystified by just traveling through a doorway.

What I found hard to believe was Jacob's Loyalty Mission, insane people in normal clothes running around with shields and SMGs cutting apart Zaeed and Jacob like butter.

This looks like a job for L2P!

-edit for constructiveness-

Here's what to do for a charging krogan in your face as every class on insanity!

Adept: Singularity, run away.
Engineer: Combat drone, point and laugh.
Vanguard:  Charge, shotgun, melee, melee, charge  (So fun!)
Soldier: Adrenaline rush, shoot in face
Infiltrator: Turn invisible, run away.
Sentinel:  Activate armor, melee krogan, activate armor again

(For sentinel and vanguard, you might need to hide from the krogan for a second or two to recharge an ability in order to keep doing this.)

I have to admit, I did a lot of Tactical Cloak running as Infiltrator. But it fit, seeing as how I was a sniper and trying to no scope with the widow is way too risky in Insanity.

Then there's always the tried and true "Tactical Cloak and then beat the krogan down with your elbow"  But that's more dangerous.  Infinitely more satisfying however.

I tended to run with Enhanced Cloak rather then Assination Cloak. Though you could do some serious damage with A.Cloak, Muscle Weave and Enhancement Pads for your N7 Armor.

I agree completely, playing on Insanity + Enemies Bum Rushing you = many restarts

I was horribly misinformed when I first played the game, I was told it would be like Duck Hunt, in that the targets don't shoot back or make any effort to kill you.

Imagine my horror when I was flanked very well by a bad guy and killed, Bioware I am disappoint.

Too bad they don't actually flank you, they just run right up in your face like the stupid light mechs..

I was disappointed in this behaviour for exactly the opposite reason. Breaking cover and walking in the open into focused automatic weapons fire without support did not work in World War I, and it doesn't work in the future either. Enemies rarely use fire and movement, break cover for no apparent reason, have apparently never heard the words "mutual support", and tend to sit and wait while your shields regenerate rather than using the opportunity to close for the kill. The lack of tactical movement means almost all battles become slugging matches that the player is almost guaranteed to win because Shepard's health regenerates while that of his enemies (usually) does not.

Krogan charges are easy to deal with; once you burn through their armour there are any number of powers that will lay them flat on their backs for you to kill at your leisure.

Just be glad BW didn't have them run towards you.

omg imagine if they could sprint as fast as you could like in the first game. you're teammates would scream "KROGAN CHARG--GAHH!" right before they hit the pavement

I am playing as a new game sentinel on insanity and have been killing krogan with the burst pistol. Its tough but definately doable. I use warp and heavy pistol to take out armor. They are not so bad without armor because of concussive shot and biotics like throw and shockwave. That part on grunts mission was hard with the lab bred krogan. I spent a lot of time running away fro them. Use Jacob for incendiary ammo to stop health regen on vorcha and krogan, it helps a lot. I think that sentinel and adept are hard to play as in the beginning because your powers are not developed yet and you dont have the load out to dish out the damage.

You know this was a waste of time. All you people did was assume I sucked at the game, and insulted me. I beat the game already on insanity. So I know what im talking about.

You people cant even admit there is something wrong with the team AI. I DO infact tell my teammates where to park their asses. But for some reason they just do whatever they want anyway. Not only that I use SMG and power pistol and explosive sentries. It's kind of silly when a Krongan survives 3 rounds of the heavy Terminus weapon.

You cant even admit there's something wrong with the cover system/ no crouch to help against being sacked.

All I really wanted to discuss was new ways for punishing foolish enemies that rushed you. But whatever, I see where this community has their priorities.(romance above all else)

This wouldnt have been such a problem if not for the team AI sometimes..

One more thing screw you all. I care nothing for any of you.

What do Krogans charging at you have to do with flanking? You mean they walk around the cover you are using to shoot you? I don't think that's exactly "flanking" you...it's more like movnig into melee range. So you think a foe that has powerful melee attacks should keep away from you because you can't kill them fast enough? Sure...whatever.

I'm guessing part of your problem is the huge regeneration Krogan and Vorcha get on Insanity.  Incinerate, Incinerate Ammo and Reave are you best bets to strip their armor AND stamp out their regeneration.

Let me get this straight: a guy first complains that the game is too difficult because the enemies get close to him and kill him, and then he claims that he already beat the game on Insanity? Yeah...
