1. Yes, because as a while europeans are more resourceful, intelligent and more inquisitive. That's why they have airplanes, space shuttles, cars, electricity, advanced medicine, etc. and the sub-saharan africans developed... um, mud and straw huts, spears and witch doctors.

3. Yes, the Earth itself is exploiting them Europeans can make agriculture work and feed a population, but when the africans run them out and take over, the earth stops the crops from growing.

4. South africa is worse after apartheid just like every other african country that was governed by non-africans. I'm still trying to find one - just one - that isn't a **** hole, but I can't seem to find one.
