lol why woudl they be funny... krogan have a quad for male so I can only imagine that their female follow the same pattern in comparison to human women.
This is sufficiently important to have a tvtropes page.
But I agree, it's much easier to make 'common sense' stuff up as one goes along, and the result is much less likely to conflict with one's views.
well since the genophage affects the fetus. Means Krogan are mammals. And since they are bipedal that also makes me think krogan females have some sort of breasts in the upper torso. Now how many.... probably more than a pair since they have to nurse many younglins.

Do we actually know that about the genophage? It doesn't appear in the codex.Spartas Husky wrote...

Since I know very little about biology I will not mention that, according to Wikipedia, there are non-mammals that have a gestation period (some sharks and reptiles).

@Spartas Husky: I merely assumed that the krogan aren't mammals, e.g. from Wrex's comments on Therum where he referred to Shepard as "mammals"; I suppose technically one could refer to another person as "human" but that would be a bit silly.Do we actually know that about the genophage? Well i take dialogue over wiki. And From what we gather Mordin conversations mostly. It affects fetus and prevents it from developing nervous systems.
But true enough some have gestation periods and aren't mammals. Now imho since an egg was never mentioned and they reproduce in such large quantities leads me to think they aren't reptiles. Large numbers usually are for high morality rate most likely involving eggs. And since there is a fetus involved most likely involves gestation, but that type usually is reserved to low quantities so doubt it would be like sharks or the like.
Still is sci fi for all I know the krogans are the shark/bunnies of space so
