Well then you never mentioned a keygen or low quailty cutscenes, then thats a whole different story. Then you put in a complaint, but more likely you'll have to send in the game to EA.

If you mentionned the keygen right at start then everyone would have pointed out that it was a copy.

The no cerberus can be normal in high piracy country. Would be done so to sell game at reduced price and ensure a bit of profit in case of rogue copy in those country for those that want access to DLC by selling the cerberus network. Lot of game in high piracy country have online/ingame sell to counter the lower disk selling. (Look at Company of Heroes online in Asia for example)

The low quality cutscenes is a bit odder but could have been possible to still reduce sell cost and maybe those with appropriate CDkey (CDkey that come from area with thoe lowered cutscene) get access to high quality cutscene to download once they activate cerberus network (which would have to buy online so safe sale for Bioware or EA).

Admit lot of speculative in what I said but just thing I put in view that could happen in high piracy country to make a bit of money even on pirate copy and increase sell of disk by lowering price by keeping thing to minimum still making the full quality available through download.

Hope what I said make sense.

Leaves the question, why would the OP buy a stripped down game with no DLC access from Eastern Europe in the first place? Especially when he bought the normal game anyway.

I wouldn't trust any Ebay retailer as far as games are concerned, especially if newer games are concerned.

Just read this thread. Im in the same situation. What I spotted further: one of the main files had -rip. in its name, there is a ME1 picture on the the box, default location for instalation - My Documents (!), no logos of either Bioware or EA on the box or DVD, no cdkey needed. Id like to make a claim too, if you had any success please inform me
