When I try to register my game the site says my code is not valid

There's something far too sensitive in a script here.  I had to reboot and come back with almost nothing at all running other than the Firefox browser, but I did (finally) get the script to accept my (accurate) CD Key. 

I had the same thing happen just trying to Log on to these forums from another of my PCs, until it was rebooted, but I didn't make any special effort to avoid programs and processes that I normall had running on that one {it's a backup system that backs ups my files, handles print server duties, used to be the firewall, and normally runs for months at a time, 24/7, without a reboot (Windows2000, not WinXP)}.

I just got my game like 3 days ago but I decided not to install it till yesterday but when I was done I went to the site to register but they were running some type of maintenance so I waited till today to register but when i go try to put I even tried stuff like putting in caps lock putting it without the caps lock i even opened my DAO Configuration to see if I'm typing my cdkey right and it was I just hope it will be fixed by tonight because I'd really like to play with the DLCs when I get back from school.

Ditto from myself. Received the game today from Amazon, website is saying "Code is not valid for game". Any help gratefully received Bioware.

I have experienced the same problems. I bought the game today and I will try again tommorow. Nut if it is not ok by then, than something is really wrong and Bioware need to do something about it.

I'm having the same issue. I bought the Digital Deluxe download from EA store last night. I've tried redeeming the extras promotion code, and it says something like "no response from remote server."



Figured I have to register the game first, but then I get the "code not valid" message.

Can't register mine either. With the amount of people who are having this problem BioWare simply cannot ignore it.

Hi guys, I have this problem as well and I talked to a tech support and they said the issue is being worked on and will be fixed within 24 hours. I was told that about 6 hours ago.

edit: And just to reiterate all your keys ARE VALID and is just an issue with bioware or something[don't know the actual technical reasons behind it]

This is good news.

I am willing to play the game without the additional DLC... for now. I've got four days straight to play the crap out of this game anyhow.
