Why would lizard people have breasts?

Turriens are not lizards, they are Raptors, just like how Thane is a frog not a fish.

Firstly, Thane isn't a frog, he's a reptile. Secondly, raptors are the closest modern analogue to dinosaurs, which were warm-blooded reptiles, AKA lizards.

Well Thane looks like a oversized frog and is called frog boy. It is worse, I could call him a fish like some people.

There's no way female Turians should have breasts.

This, it has been confirmed that male and female quarians have similar features to humans but that doesn't mean every species will.  I have a feeling a lot of people will be disappointed when ME3 shows a Turian or Krogan female and they just have a slightly different crest shape or skullcap.  Heck, they might even all speak in a masculine tone or that the difference in voice is so slight that humans can't distinguish it.

Except he is neither an amphibian or a fish. Your post lacks intelligence.

Ah yes, females, the supposed opposite gender to male and is required for sexual reproduction. We have dismissed these claims.

seems that everyone here missed the female krogan on tuchanka, to the right of the shaman. def leaves alot to be desired though. personally i would think that turian females would have some sort of elaborate coloration or crest, like lizards on earth. it could also stand to reason that, being a patriarchial (sp?) society, females would be the ones to persue the males.

Not the point, HE looks like one. Am I saying he is a frog or a fish? No, I am saying he looks like one, which he does >_>

We haven't seen the two genders of any race except humans and quarians.

Those weren't male quarians, they were human men with masks on and voice synthesisers.

Haha, someone fell for that whole 'quarian male' thing?!

Everybody knows that there are only female quarians, just like there are only female asari.

Isnt he just a messenger of female clan, young male one whos trial of maturity is even pushed forward because of his job? Or was there someone else I missed?

Yeah, I think people get confused b/c that Krogan is an envoy to the female clans (not from the female clans).

Not really, but I always thought he looked reptillian. It's obvious to me. Alternating scales, broad stripes of color, colorful underthroat, nails, plates of skin, ridges, flaired contours, etc.

I think drell females would look lovely; willowy, natural ninjas with large, dark eyes. Turian females... I can see them as closely resembling their male counterparts. Maybe their fringes would be curvier, less sharp. Maybe they'd be more colorful (or drab.) I have trouble imagining them with something as crazy as boobs, though. That would... not fit their aesthetic, IMO.

One more quick thing, here. The Salarians and Krogan do not "put their women in the kitchen". Salarian females make up only 10% of the population and actually control Salarian governance and society. Krogan females have their own clans, but they are not rare. We probably should have seen one by now, actually. Only fertile females are considered special, the rest are as tough and nasty as they males.

wait what? raptors? modern? an analog?

also

Dinosaurs can be more closely related to birds than lizards.

Yes. Raptors, AKA birds of prey. Not Velociraptors. You were agreeing with me.

I'd rather they didn't. Can't trust them to not pull a Blizzard and design them to look like human supermodels with turian heads.

Agreeing to the NO-TURIAN-BREASTS-THING.

They are, as stated: Avian, sentient beings.

Avian means, they resemble birds.

There's a picture somewhere to find, where you see a naked turian male(ack!) with a lot of feathers arround his neck and shoulders.

Also very important: Does the turian mouth look to you like it could actually use a breast like a mammal could?

I don't want to see the armored nipple to withstand this opening.

Other Topic: Krogan females will surely be very easy to recognize: The part where their eggs grow in will be immensely swollen...as far as we can tell, the Krogans try to keep them reproducing.

Turians are meant to be like a missing link between dinosaurs and birds. Not to the extent that they have feathers, though.

I don't see any feathers on this guy:
