I had to reinstall ME2 after I patched the game. The result after the patch was extremely long load time and very choppy graphics. Before patch, the game ran perfectly will all detail turned to max.  Not sure what would cause it but just thought I would put it out there.

Intel E8400 Core 2 Duo 3 GHz
Asus P5Q MB
4GB DDR2 RAM
ATI Sapphire 5750 1GB

Same here,
All the cut scenes are choppy and the FPS is all over the place now at about 20 where as before it was a smooth 60. Temp is good, even installed latest drivers. But alas no change Image IPB
Intel Q9650 Core 2 Quad 3GHz
Intel DX38BT MB
8GB DDR3 RAM
ATI Sapphire 5770 VaporX 1GB

I have no issues with the game before or after the patch. FPS is great, no choppy video. Load times has been short and long before and after patch.

According to the patch 1.01 notes:

"- Fixed an issue where remapping the right mouse button blocks camera control in the command HUD."

I've always had my right mouse button remapped to the Use/Cover/Sprint function and never had any problem controlling the camera with it while using the Command HUD.  Patch 1.01 has now disabled that camera control.

In other words, patch 1.01 has now caused the problem that it was apparently trying to fix.  Resetting to default key bindings restores camera control, but it is lost again as soon as I set the right mouse button to Use/Sprint/Cover.

Is there any way to revert to the unpatched game version or reinstall the game without another 5 hour Steam download?

EDIT:   I've found out that camera control while using the Command HUD is now activated by pressing whichever button is bound to the Aim function (right mouse button by default).

I just patched, and was doing Jack's loyalty mission on my newest Shepard, and it seems bugged up, too. She asks to look around at the end and I told her to go ahead. But instead of being able to look around/talk to Jack as you're supposed to be able to, it cuts right to the end cutscene for that particular mission and ends it. Not that it's a *major* thing, but I liked those small bits of dialogue there.

MSV Strontium Mule? I've had the last group, with the door code not spawn too! (Did it again in a different order without a problem).

That happened to me before the patch whenever I did that mission with Mordin Solus.  The walkaround seemed to work fine without him.

Have any of you used task manager to switch the .exe to single core and back again right after launch? There's a problem with processor affinity that can sap performance.
I mean, as far as load times or FPS are concerned.

This has been reported multiple times before the patch was released. So it's nothing the Patch caused.

I had restarted with my second play-through after the patch with my imported character, got to Omega and now I cant talk to Aria the box turns from green to blue when I hit the space bar but no dialog opens up at all. So I can not progress the story.

The first encounter with Aria was always a bit bugged. Even before the Patch. Most of the times it works, but sometimes she's ****y and doesn't want to talk. Saving and reloading helps.

Ah ok i didn't have the issue before that patch, I searched for it and couldn't find any info on it. I tried saving and reloading but that didn't work i finally went back to a save before the bar and it worked. >.<

I just find it strange that they have not yet fixed the whole " I'm stuck in mid air " whenever I come across a table or a stone within the game, because then i have to load a saved game again....- it not a big deal, but... sometimes it can get annoying :)

I never had it pre-patch, and I'd gone through two or three times. It's only shown up in the aftermath of it. In a related tangent: Thane's loyalty mission also bugged up on me last night (after patch) and Garrus' had a CTD. I had no issues with any of them prior to it. Reload worked for Thane and Garrus, but Jack's will *not* work properly now for any amount of effort.

WTB a way to have it set back to the old way, PLEASE!
