The forums are really wonky today.
Anyway, I think it'd be infinately better if the Horizon mission became available after two recruitment missions, and Legion was recruited on Horizon. At least then it'd be possible to enjoy the entirety of the game.

Legion: "There is a high statistical probability of death by gunshot. A punch to the face is also likely."
