I've been planning on giving the Vanguard another chance on Insanity recently after getting frustrated with it on Veteran long ago. I know there are a million other topics related to this but I figure everyone has had a little more time to learn about the intricacies of the game and I had a couple of specific questions. First off, is Cryo Ammo worth leveling up? Secondly, is Reave the best bonus abilty to take?
