I just bought this on Steam today, been looking forward to it all day.

I see two messages come up from Steam saying the game will ask me for this code, I then go here to register my game (like i have with ME, JE and KOTOR) and after I copy/paste the code in (WITH and WITHOUT dashes) it still says "Code is not valid for game".

Yes it is. Yes it is Bioware. What the hell.

I then tried typing it in, still doesn't work.

Please help me figure out what I'm supposed to do to PLAY the game I paid for ASAP.

Just fixed it.



I went to Steam, Launch Dragon Age Origins Launcher,



Then Configure, then Game



And sitting there, was an entirely NEW CD Key that Steam apparently didn't want to show me.



So I entered THAT one into Registration here, and it worked.



Now for the DLC: what the hell do we do there?



Sigh why does this have to be so convoluted?

I went through all of that a couple of days ago.  Eventually, on the third PC that I tried, I got it to work.  The only real factor separating that one from the other two I tried with is that I had just restarted it, so try rebooting to see if it helps you.

It appears to be case sensitive i tried 3 times before trying it in caps... worked straight away
