How do I change the email address for my Bioware Social Network account. I recently changed the email address in my NWN account & would like to do the same here.

My email address here shows up differently then my EA account. I've tried updating my EA account but it doesn't reflect here, and because of it, I don't think the bioware account is linking with my PS3 so I can get some of my download content. I've emailed bioware to see if they will change it, but almost a week and no reply. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Maybe I overlooked something.

I have the exact problem. The FAQ tells me to update it with ea.com, so now I have one e-mail there and a different e-mail here. There does not appear to be anyway to change it here, and as a result I am not going to get the items I have earned. This is very disappointing.

I agree. It is very disappointing. I've gone through all the proper channels and have only gotten very cookie cutter answers which I can access myself. I've yet to hear from Bioware in something as simple as changing my email address. The game thus far has been very enjoyable, but I am disappointed that I will not be able to get access to the content that I paid for.

RSX Titan has some good information that would be worth reading. He says it's a problem in the syncing between EA's database and BSN. Which unfortunately requires that we call the EA support line. It's listed on the back of your user manual for DA:O. I have yet to do this, but it sounds like Titan has gone through the process. I'm hoping the manual sync at EA will fix the DLC issue and the BSN, PS3, and EA accounts not communicating.
