[Vengeful Nature]

So I was reading some articles on PopSci and came across this. Go to image 10 of the slideshow. Now, tell me what it looks like.

It shoots marshmallows the same way a Nerf gun shoots Nerfs, apparently, and fires 20 marshmallows in 5-second bursts with an effective range of up to 40 feet. But, most importantly, doesn't it just look like the Avenger-type AR? I guess the designer was playing Mass Effect when he thought up how his marshmallow gun would look.

There've been things like this before. I remember some cheap toy guns that looked strikingly similar to weapons from Halo, but just different enough to avoid legal action.



Either way, this is obviously not official merchandise.

Oh I had better hear about someone being sued for this REAL soon.

Bioware, demand 15% of all profits and then you can make ALL DLC free for everyone. And if doesn't sell all that well just take over the company and liquidate it. That is the only right and honorable thing to do, seeing as how they stole something from you. Get on that.

Obviously whoever designed the toy was very inspired by Mass Effect, probably is a fan of the games.  However, it's not an exact copy.

The handgrip is different. Its curvier, whereas the game version is straight and angular. Also the stock appears a lot more flimsy.

It's like all of those "lightsword" copies that look really similar but just aren't quite there.

General shape is really close, but some details are changed.
