I am going to assume that this will be the loading screen for the game, but then, I hope they can be changed or change by chapter, as in the Half-life 2 series for example.

You can make out it's an unfortunate fellow or group of fellows put to the sword. I'm going to say it's outside Ostagar on the road to Redcliffe.
