Out of all the races that haven't been used for a squadmate...

Personally I would like to see a Batarian squadmate. Specifically he could a badass former space pirate or mercenary. His speciality could be shotguns and heavy weapons(yes I would like squadmates to use heavy weapons in Mass Effect 3).
Also, I wouldn't mind a Vorcha squadmate. Vorchas were portrayed as mindless animals in Mass Effect 2. I think having one as a squadmate could be a chance to show them in a more sympathetic light and prove that not all Vorcha are that bad.
I'm thinking the Vorcha squadmate could be a little bit like Thane. He believes that the Vorcha have forgotten the way of their ancestors and that much of their history has been forgotten. He joins Shepard because he believes it's his chance to show the galaxy that Vorcha have a larger role to play than just as cannon fodder for the Blood Pack.
Lastly...I want a VARREN squadmate. He could be kind of like Dog from Dragon Age:Origins.

Perhaps a Vorcha could not achieve the level of intelligence of other species since they don't live long enough to learn much but I think Vorcha can have a lot of passion, passion which could strive them to take action which may be for the greater good rather than just out of self-interest.
I mean, if you only had a 20 year lifespan wouldn't you want to make the most of it? Perhaps a Vorcha could ask himself that very same question and decide that joining Shepard on a quest to save the galaxy is about the most noble thing a Vorcha could ever do.

And from what the codex says, due to the individual adaptability of each single vorcha, they have stopped evolving as a race, so it is unlikely that they ever will have the mental faculties of other races.
They're not so stupid that I think they lack the capability of understanding rights from wrongs.
Personally, I don't mind the idea of having a squadmate who isn't that intelligent. Hell, it could be good for comic relief.

The Hanar are not capable of using weapons I'm pretty sure. They do have a strong grip and natural toxins though.
I think a back mounted turrent style gun would work best with an Elcor squadmate. That and they can trample their enemies to death.

First of all, thank you. I needed a good laugh.

I don't see how that makes the Vorcha idea less plausible. Besides it's not like all of the lore for the Vorcha have been exhausted and there isn't any room to develop them further as a race.
I didn't think a Geth squadmate could work, but Bioware handled it well. Why not a Vorcha squadmate?

I hate batarians so much. it'd be cool if you could have a vorcha that can be killed in the game and you just buy a new one at omega.

Geth worked because Legion isn't your "everyday" geth, and with a synthetic race that's easy to work around. Especially since geth get more intelligent when they're in larger numbers.
Vorcha are built around combat, they're aggressive, they communicate through violence, etc. They're ancestors were never any different then the vorcha today, so what would one have to prove against?
A vorcha squadmate would be awesome, but it's highly unlikely imo. If you really think the vorcha are or have been anything other than brutal savages then......well good for you. But you're trying to suggest something that in no way will ever happen.

Vorcha being built around combat could be a great incentive for a Vorcha joining Shepard as I'm sure there will be plenty of nasty foes awaiting Shepard in Mass Effect 3. Wanting to fight strong opponents was part of Grunt's motivation as well.
I think Shepard could see the value of having a fearless, primitive, and highly skilled Vorcha warrior on his team and since Vorcha enjoy fighting, the relationship could be mutual and even develop into respect.
