Well, I recognised at least half of it. The only parts I didn't recognise were the teammate-specific lines, and the ones that presumably were played when both of Shepard's teammates were KO'd.

If your voice is that deep you can swing lines that cheesy and make it cool. Sovereign had the talent as well. Keith David has it too, part of why Anderson comes off as smarter than what it looks like if you read his dialog as opposed to hear it.
