AFAIK, it was indeed announced that RTO items WILL carry over.

Just beat it and thought it was enjoyable. Really closed some loose ends. I also enjoyed the new equipment that you get. I just wish the Starfang and Warden Commander set carried over, but the King's armor will do.

Atleast you guys are getting to play it. I've had the PC version before Thanksgiving and even after downloading the lastest patch I can't seem to get access to RTO. And I have the points for it.

The only DLC items that will carry over (at this point) are from Return to Ostagar.

Have you checked to see if your connecting with the network properly? My fiance had the same issue, so we looked up online (nothing to do with getting a patch), followed the instructions given and it was done.

It was a great little side quest... definately worth the 5 bucks it cost on PSN... Love the new swag... Cailains Armor set looks great!

Agreed.  There should have been MUCH more dialog between our character, Alistair, and Wynne.  Also... WTF was Duncan's body?  I hope to Andraste that he wasnt drug off and made into a darkspawn himself!!!

Wow RTO seemed kinda lame in a way. Got through it within 15 min not worth the 5 bucks and the wait. Hope the new expansion is worth the wait and money.....

they really should allow you to carry over all content to awakening. why even bother including it if you aren't able to keep using it after you've technically paid for it (since it wasn't from redeeming a promotional code)?

I enjoyed taking Loghain even more than Alistair. His lines were really good especially when you find the chest.

did you even listen to the dialogues or play on a reasonable difficulty?
To be honest, the entire game could be completed in under 25 hours if you skip dialogue and play on novice. Unless you are just starting out or you just hang around doing nothing. Overall, with all dlc on nightmare with Arcane Warrior/Spirit healer I skipped most dialogues (heard them before) and did everything except

well I hope that you at least get some seriously kick ass armor and weapons if they are going to take Starfang and the commander armor. Maybe they will fix it in a couple of weeks
