Frankly, i'm not sure where to even begin.

Right now im unable to log in with my proper EA account, as whenever i do i get sent to the registration page to fill in some additional details. Thing is, i did so already and went through the whole ordeal of associating accounts with eachother and screen names and whatnot. So it is not all too suprising, that when i try to continue registering, it tells me that my email address is already in use.

I assume it is a social site issue, as i can log in with the account in the game just fine. Not that it is of any use right now, but thats a different story and not related to this one.

Since i can't log in here, i cant really associate my game with my account either or redeem my CE code for the DLCs for that matter.

I write to this forum in hopes that you will fix the problem or at least give me a pointer who i should contact to get this solved quickly.

Now that the story is out of the way, lets see a chronological order of the failures i've encountered.
Account creation:
 - the various associate your account with this one boxes on the right, that pop up a login box are missing the validation number, so even if you type the username/pass correctly, you get thrown to the login screen as you didnt provide a proper validation number (for obvious reasons)
- if for some reason you fail at completing your registration at the first run (or if the site thinks you do), you can't finish reg, as the first page will always throw you back saying that the email is already in use, even if it isnt.. or maybe it is, its just that the account is not yet completely registered and thus inaccessible.
- when you choose a screen name on the second page of the registration, you get some weird errors about how the validation server and some other server is unaccessible. If you try registering with the same username again, you now get a message saying that the name is already taken. If you just go to the login and use your username/password to log in, you will get to the same page, with the screen name already locked in and you can finish the registration.
- Every time you change to a diff page (like push the new topic button), the login session gets cleared, so you have to log in again. I'm not even sure i will be able to post this thread on the first try.

Thats all i found for now. Quite frankly, im very suprised theres people able to write here at all, considering how you need to sacrifice several virgins and some of your own blood to get a half working account.

Please.. help me solve my problem and make sure people can actually use this website. It is a shame that such a great game is ruined by such sloppy work on the background services.

hi im trying to sign my dad up and i get the problem too (saying name in use even thpough i have tried 100 million different coimbinations) annoying, hopefulyl someone will at least look at this soon.

Yeah, I know they tell us that this will have problems - but it's tied to a final product fairly deeply.



Anyway, my issue is I need to confirm ownership of an account. I have one, but it's tied to the wrong EA account. When I confirm it on this site, it logs me instead to that account instead of linking them together.
