Similar (?) problem here.
My profile stopped updating almost a month ago. It was working perfectly fine until then. I distinctively remember when it ceased updating, because my Internet was down that day for about 4 hours, during which I played DAO, of course. After that, my profile.. sort of broke. I have no idea if that matters, but I just thought I'd mention it.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knows what I could do to kick it back in. It's not just PCs that it won't upload, it's achievements, too, and levels for old characters. Complete bummer.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I understand you. Two personas? As in two profiles? My first one had a problem with the DLCs and I had to abandon it after a couple of weeks, starting -- and buying -- everything all over again. Since then, I've had only this profile. I don't think I ever logged in on the old one since. This one was registered on 2009-12-20, so it's safe to assume I've had no contract with the old one since.
If that's not what you meant by personas... then I'm lost.

See section 1.1 in the post I linked above for a definition of persona, 2.1 for the issue of excess personas. You have two. I asked because your other persona -- the newer one, and the one the game now uses -- was empty, but it has since then updated.- Songlian - wrote...

Oh. Lawd.
I had no idea that another persona was being created on my account. There were tons of screenshots there, too. I wondered where they went.
Thank you so much for your help. I've read the thread you linked. So I take it there is absolutely no known way to either manually select a persona or delete one?

You can access it via the link under the username (see the screenshot in section 1.1 in previously mentioned post) and character portraits can be selected like always by choosing the right persona first (on the page where you change portrait). You can't specify a default persona, however, so you will have to manually select the new persona everytime you want to view it, and they can't be deleted either.- Songlian - wrote...
