Ya, I like Mordin, but he's not my favorite. When I first heard him say that first line in the Clinic on my first playthrough in his fast talking style. I already knew he would be pretty awesome. Although, he was the only person to die in my first two playthroughs, but now, he is alive and well along with everyone else.

He's my favorite, actually. His character and backstory is great, much more so than the other characters bar none. He also brought up great moral questions, at least the best ones. And nobody can forget his singing, haha.

Yup, I agree. I like the character a lot. His dialogues and his back story are great, but in my opinion, he is not that great for a squad mate for missions (not my combat style). The only time I had him with me was his own loyalty mission.

He's my favorite "new" character in ME2.  Does that count?

Mordin is an awesome character. His history with the Genophage, and his conversations with Shepard concerning morality were absolutely fantastic.
