Somebody posted the picture that you see in OP's post in a thread in these forums as Tali.

This guy obviously said no way and did some detective work.

The real story:  I was in another topic, and the picture had been posted there and was being endlessly quoted, and Gill Kaiser wondered if it was even Tali.  So, two seconds and one reverse image search later,  I knew the truth.  A suggestion was made to create a topic as a handy link to refute the "Here, just look what Talifans are really like!" thing. And so I did.  Rather pedestrian actually.

In before lockdown. Woot. But yea, I actualy believe seeing tub girl and goatse to be an inevitability if you use the internet much. The real thing is to not let it get to you. Me, I have seen faaaar worse and Im still sane.

uh yeah. i cannot believe people still point to those as the "shockers". there is sooooooooooooo much worse out there.........

I know this thread is a year old, but my curiosity is getting the better of me. I've seen people commenting in disgust of this picture but everytime it's posted it says "403 forbidden" for me, so i've never actually seen it. Can someone give me a link for the picture. I know it's disturbing but I can take it.
