*Whew!*  Then I hope we see him in ME3. MOAR MORDIN!

Yes.  Moar Mordin indeed.

He's my Shepard's Non-British Giles. She needs him, damnit!

Oh no! Not shifty eyes!
Run away! Run away!

Okay well, I have no clue where that came from... must be my subconsious fear of ****ftiness... ... I should so not hit submit on this post, and yet I fear I will. Paragon interupt anyone?... ... No... okay then.

P.S. - anyone else ever wish Mordin had comments on the other crew members like Kelly and Joker do?
"Jack. Powerful. Unstable. Reminds me of my uncle. Unconventional haircut for human females. Wonder if. No. Thinking of Krogan females. Nevermind."

Samara - very powerful indeed, most spiritual. Perfectly harmless. Shouldn't be any danger - unless you do anything bad, that is *smiles*. Jusicar oath - rare. Uncommon. Never seen before, gotta wonder, oath as words or more. Got to research - wonder if she can sing.

*shepard speaks again*

Sorry cannot talk, studying the jusicar oath, make comparisons to different possible similar events. Most interesting. Maybe later shepard.

*after enough time*

Shepard breakthrough, got results on research into justicar oath - found that if it is broken, justicar has to kill themselves. Most tragic, most unnecesary commitment, would have gone rogue.

__

That must be a fail. :(

I'm not clever enough to act like mordin.

None of us are. :(  We could try and try but we'd never reach his level of WIN.  It's not that we suck...it's that he's too awesome.

Mordin totally rocks. He's like the Three Stooges. You absolutely have to pay attention to the rapidfire monologes of his like the rapidfire dialogues of the Stooges, or you miss something gut-wrenchingly funny. Neither Salarian nor Stooge wait around for the laugh track.

If Mordin is not a squadmate in ME3, I will be very, very upset.

Just dropping in to show my love for Mordin.

When I first got him I honestly thought that he'd be a character I didn't care that much about -- that he would be just a typical scientist sort or, as Mordin would say, "the very model of a scientist Salarian". What I ended up getting was an extremely nuanced character with internal struggles between his intellect, his feelings, and his moral compass, a very likable personality, and a ton of humor. It is difficult to know what to think of him sometimes; his actions occasionally seem very cold and calculated, yet his deep, abiding affection for life in all forms makes it difficult to judge him harshly for it. He is a very complex character, and certainly one of my very favorite.

Mordin is a fantastic character. Although I understand if they need to have him retire in ME3, I would absolutely love to have him back on my squad. Mordin Solus most certainly has my appreciation.

I've found that writing Mordin can be... interesting. He rarely uses 'I/Me' and his sentences are pretty short. Listen to Mordin talk a few times, write some stuff and see if you can 'hear' it in his voice. When I can 'hear' the character say something that I write, then I know I've almost got it down. Also, use of big science-y words helps too.

... Not that I've really written Mordin, no sir... >__>

So I got this really busy obnoxious collage of Mordin photos that's currently serving as my desktop backgorund...and I wanted to link it on the OP but photobucket keeps resizing it down to nothing. Does anyone know a image host that'll keep the original size? It's not that big, only 1280 by 800 or something. (All I've got is my tiny laptop)

Mordin is one of my favorite characters in the game. I would be sad to see him not return in ME3.

signed. caught a quote dunno if anyone else said it,

But he was talking about what he wanted to do for his "last decade" hinting that he was thirty, which goes along with the dev's comfirming that.

Yes, which is definitely enough time for him to be in ME3. B)

So... if in the event he returns for ME3 and Mordin DOES end up being a LI (in theory, I see him being either more along the lines of Kelly Chambers or Samara in that department: not anything serious and a fling OR it's there, but you're even more friend*zoned than before, respectivley), would he be for either gender?

Because he does, ya'know, give the 'if intended to try human, would try you' comment to both a Female and Male Shepard.

Not to open a Pandora's Box or anything (though I suspect salarians really don't care too much about that sort of thing, since they only do that sort of thing for political purposes mostly), but it's just a thought I've had.

Mordin talking about his unwanted harem was quite funny. I'd like to get a flashback on one such encounter.

I think this is about as unlikely as unlikely can be (though I never say never) since he's already turned you down...

But if he were?  Both genders.  Easy.

I <3 the Doctor!  I hope he returns in ME3... even if it's to cure the genophage/Thane/scale itch for all time.

Ya, but it was pretty good though. When I read it, I read it with his voice in my head and it sounded like something he would say. He may not have said everything, but  the statements were the right length and it seemed to fit him as I read it.

Had to restart the whole suicide mission on my first playthrough because of him! I couldn't leave no one behind.

dropping by to support, in my opinion, the most interesting, humorous, well-developed and complex character in ME2
