So, I redeemed both codes (armor and shalen) while being logged in, and then it says I have to refresh my ingame wallet? I can't see any of the two in the Downloadable Content section, wth?
I'm hoping someone can help me further with this.
Where is the DLC?

Same here. No mather wich language veriosn I instal and play (polish, english or english with polish subtitles). Both codes are accepted and added on my Bioware acc and I've rgistred my Dragonage copy ther too. Ofcoures im loging in on my acc in game and i got connection with servers (screenshots and achivements are sended to my profile without any problems). So... where is my DLC armor and Golem quest?

Running on Vista or Windows 7? If so, seems you need to run the game as Administrator.

I got the same problem. I can see stone prison in "Your registered game promotions" but it wont show up in game. The window is just blank.

Go to C:\\program files\\Dragon Age\\
And run DAOriginsLauncher.exe as Administrator

Oh an just in case of the Digital Download Authentication Issues:
[Windows key]+R, then type in services.msc
Locate the Dragon Age Origins - Content Updater and rightclick - start it.

Sadly, I'm in the same boat. I can see all of the content which I paid for by looking at the social networking page that they literally forced me to register for, yet none of the content is showing in game and none of these fixes are helping. I did purchase through Steam, but I'm not sure what that would have to do with anything. If I go to the Downloads page in game it's totally blank. It doesn't show me anything available to buy, to download, or to check the status of. My content just seems to be missing completely.

I also had this exact issue, followed all the instructions on this forum, but still no DLC appearing in-game. Then I browsed a post on the techical forums: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613
Turns out that My Documents being located on a network disc was what messed up the DLC. You can temporary revert My Documents to the default windows location, start DA:O and get the DLC, then copy those files manually back to the network disk you usually have the My Documents located. Worked like a charm for me.
