Mmmkay I just finished another ME2 run with my sentinel and told TIM to shove it, after I saved everyone and blew the base to hell...... again Image IPB

Besides totally POing TIM like there's no tomorrow and the insanely creepy eye/sun factor

Anyone totally want to see Shepard Vs. TIM in a no holds barred epic fight?

I for one, would love to see that Image IPB

I have this really unpleasant feeling he's got an Iron Man suit lying around...

If he can't leap around and cast biotic barriers after unleashing a near-lethal energy discharge as well as firing blue eye beams, I wouldn't bother.

It's called the Cerberus Assault Armour. You may have seen it as a DLC recently together with some shotgun

I am not sure if the anti Cerberus and TIM fan boys want to see it because from what I have heard TIM is one ruthless guy that will stop at nothing to get what he wants. the reapers might be the least of Shepard's problems

I'd love to see this. I want TIM to turn out to be a supremely competent combatant. If Shepard ends up tracking Martin Sheen down in ME3, I want the guy to slip into some armor using some kind of automated dress-up system a la Tony Stark, and have a souped-up SMG eject from his chair and into his hand. If Shepard prevails, you get said SMG.

No.  TIM is not some kind of uber-badass in combat.  If he was, he's be doing something besides sitting around in his secret space station.  He's a smart guy with a lot of money and influence, so the trick is getting to him, not actually beating him up.

He can't be both? Why must he be a shrimp simply because he has wealth and an information network? Shepard's a clever person, a skilled tactician, a charismatic leader, AND an unstoppable killing machine. Similarly, Liara is a pretty powerful biotic with, considerable influence on Illium, numerous contacts, and at least one doctorate.

Compelling characters are typically multi-faceted individuals.

and for some reason I don't think the Illusive Man is the Illusive Man's body.

I think it's a robot like in that movie Surrogates, and the real Illusive Man is some fat guy laying in a chair somewhere...but that doesn't explain the chain smoking >.>

Anyways Shepard in 1 on 1 combat would stomp his monkey ass into the ground.

Multi-faceted (in the sense of character) doesn't have anything to do with their skills.  It has to do with their personality and outlook on life.

I hope to god I won't be forced to kill him in Mass Effect 3.

That would make me very. Very. Upset.

And that would not bode well for anyone or anything in my immediate vicinity.

...

Thankfully, I have taken steps to lessen the chances that we will be at odds. >.>

I prefer characters that have a wide range of skills, interests, talents, hobbies, etc., and that's what I was referring to. In my opinion, TIM didn't get where he is just by being a more goal-oriented version of the Shadow Broker.
