Simple:
Why SHOULDN'T nudity be allowed in games without making them adult games, from a psychological (sociological) and a philosophical standpoint?

The PROBLEM about pubertal kids (nonpubertal kids don't react at all to nudity) and their relationship to nudity is NOT the nudity, but the FACT that they've NOT been exposed to ENOUGH nudity; They fear the unknown, and the same applies to their parents who've been raised quite strictly after the (facist*) wave following world war 2.

Ask any 100 year old person about their childhood and nudity, then ask a 50 year old:
WW2 caused a lot of censorship.

The censorship standard is too strict, and I have no doubt that if the censorship standard was lowered, games like Dragon Age would have a more NATURAL amount of nudity.
(Underwear is a french invention from the 1800s -- and the dragon age environment is about year 900-ish compared to medieval europe, which means no undies)

* Well... what IS preventing people from exerting their naturally given freedom, short of light facism?

My point is: The reason Dragon Age doesn't contain nudity is probably due to strict censorship, and it's the censorship that must be confronted, not the developers.

Personally, I think the Mature rating was appropriate for Dragon Age: Origins since it hit the sex/violence/mature themes trifecta. If you wish it to be more adult, there are mods for this very purpose which, incidentally, I've downloaded and used. I don't leave them installed all the time, I just install them for certain romantic scenes. I've also downloaded and installed similar mods for two of my other games, Morrowind and Oblivion. Ratings systems serve a purpose, and one which I find valid, in that they allow people to make informed choices about what they will or will not watch or allow their children to watch.
