I'm about to do a second play through and I was curious what you guys think is the best skill to pick. Also I never picked a secondary on my main who is an Infiltrator, so what's a good secondary for him on Casual as well?

THANKS! ^_^

On Casual? Vanguard's don't need anything but Area Charge on Casual.

With Area Charge, Area Shockwave, Inferno Rounds, Squad Cryo, and even 1 point in Pull, there is not a single bonus power to add that would make you better on Casual Difficulty.

Pick the one enemy you have trouble with, and choose something to help kill it.

Van: Reave or Barrier.

Infi: Nueral Shock (my personal choice) Or Reave (if you dont mind doing a great big poo on the lore)

What, exactly, is the lore conflict to which you refer?

Infiltrators are not Biotics. Some people have no problem with doing that (which is why it was why i still suggested it) but i just can't force myself to.

It doesn't matter that the Infiltrator class isn't biotic. Shepard can be, if he/she has biotic powers. That's something that should be decided by your character, not your class.

A Biotic with one power? If you are a Biotic you are a biotic. An infiltrator biotic is just everything mode!

Jacob only has one biotic power by default. So does Miranda.

Squadmates only have three powers. One out of three is fine. Besides, they each unlock one more, meaning that they are two thirds biotic.

Regardless, it makes perfect sense within the lore. Having only one power just means you're more of a Jack of All Trades, Master of None.

Not really. Biotics need to be exposed to eezo in the womb, then they need major surgery throughout their entire bodies combined with years of training.

You dont just buy biotic powers from a vending machine after tearing a little girls head open.

To get back on topic, I like the improved geth shield boost. The additional shielding may not be necessary on casu-yawn-al, but I'll take any extra weapon damage I can get.

The Lazarus Project can turn a non-biotic Shepard into a biotic class.

Regardless, there's still no good reason why an Infiltrator Shepard can't start with a biotic bonus power with the player roleplaying that their Shepard has always been a biotic and just happens to also be a trained sniper.

On casual, probably Dominate would be more fun that anything else, and quite useful.

Reave, they wont kill you on casual, and you will have a useful power for boss fights/Ymir mechs etc. no matter what extra gun you chose later on, and if you don't want to use or don't have heavy weapon ammo.

Please excuse what might be a crushingly stupid question, but Warp?  How do you gain that as a bonus?  Unless you're referring to Reave.

Then you just give a biotic a sniper rifle. There are three Biotic classes: Dedicated, Soldier, Tech.

Shep has to stick to a class.
