Some missions quickly end to a cut scene and I end up missing on loot and credits. Devs, can this be fixed? I mean, just add a "stay a while" and "leave" dialogue at the end of some fights.

yes, that was really annoying: when you had tha big screen appearing while you were trying to talk with the people on the Quarian fleet after you beat the "mission" , let's just say that it doesn't help you to stay focused on the story.

You mean when it keeps coming up with "Press 'F' to End Mission" all the time, which covers up your dialogue wheel, and there's no way to get rid of it besides ending the mission and you can often never come back to that area once you've left?
Yeah... that's pretty awful, IMO. Terrible design... I expected better from BioWare.
