I doubt any of them will irritate me. It takes a lot for me to feel irritated. At most, I'll probably dislike Leliana, Morrigan, and Zevran in which case they'll sulk at the camp. I want to get to know all the NPCs and will probably end up killing a few, but that isn't the same as feeling irritated.

Zevran. WTF is up with his voice. And his character video was really WTF too.
Zev: "Cheesy line about loveliness"
Zev: "I grew up amongst Ativan ****s"
Honestly, when did that information become pertinent? It was like it was randomly thrown into the video just for ****s and giggles.

Just curious, cause I haven't noticed anything about it. Will the NPC allies that you don't take in your party stay in the camp? Or will they just go off doing w/e they were going to do in the first place and you lose your chance to play with them?

Well... Wynne would, but I have a feeling she won't be surviving our initial encounter, so it might be Leliana, unless she too meets the tip of my blades.

And I think Allistair and Morrigan will ****** me off most lol

Definitely Morrigan. I like Claudia Black as much as anyone, but Morrigan is just... eugghhh.

They stay in the camp once you recruit them, to be taken along or ignored at your whim. They even level up despite not being in your active group.Fairfeor wrote...

I don't know, I'd say Leliana, but I'll probably end up liking her and the one who will annoy me the most will be the one who complain a lot of my decisions.

Zevran or Leliana, probably

Alistair, definitely. His voice and lines are so annoying. I don't really like Zevran either.

I can not possibly know that before playing the game.

****** me off, personally? None of them, although Leliana frightens me a bit, but for the moment I'll blame the editing of her character video.
Depends on my character otherwise.

The video-editing portrays her as a little bit unstable.
I can't really think of any character who will ****** me off... yet...
Characters usually just tend to annoy me when they are awfully written.... yeah, I' m looking at you, "Mr. Old Owl Well"

Zevran. His voice bothers me. After watching his video, I already wanted to stab him in the throat.

Oh, good question.
Obviously without having played all things are mere guesses, but I'd wager who will anger me the most is Sten. Traditionally in BioWare titles, the big "Manly Man" (intentional use of mild sardonicism to depict their sociopathic personalities) The Black Whirlwind (Jade Empire) and Canderous Ordo (Knights of the Old Republic), although well written, really get my goat. And I want my goat back! Poor Mookie being gotten by these mean-spirited people all the time.
Although I must admit Dawn Star (Jade Empire) really vexed me as well starting with the second playthrough. There was just something about her that just really... I didn't like how falsely saccharine she was. And I have a feeling Leiliana will be similar to Dawn Star. Noooo!
Come to think of it, what irritated me most about Dawn Star was how inconstant her character was written to be. I find that is an unfortunate trend of trait in BioWare's writing of female characters; they are too easily changeable according to the PC's whim. But that is more of a design preference, I guess.
Or I could be suffering from the vapours, or something....

I have a feeling Zevran will have the biggest chance of annoying me. His attitude will probably get on my nerves but knowing me he'll end up being one of my favourites, someone to have a good old friendly rivalry with.

Wynne because she's old and self-righteous. And damn old. And Allistair because he has bad hair and probably thinks he's funnier than he actually is.

It would depend largely on what sort of charater I play as. For my first play through i will be pretty altruistic and that is likely to pi me at odds with Morrigan and Sten. On the other hand my third play through will be pure *eating puppies* type evil. In that case I think Wynn, Leiliana and Alister will likely meet a quick end at my blades or the teeth of my hound.

i didnt get into the companion characters really. its more fun to meet characters you dont expect to join you in game.
either way, it depends on the character. like in KOTOR i hated Juhani (i didnt even know she was supposed to follow me), in KOTOR 2 it was Kreia, in NWN2 it was that bard i dont even remember his name, and in Mass Effect it was Ashley, not sure why...

So far, only Zevran has anoyed me somewhat.
I'm more anoyed about the fact that I can only have 3 party-members other than my player character at any given time. It's forcing me to drop Dog damnit!
