Hi Bioware,

I've got a couple of orders outstanding with your store, one of which was for the N7 hoody which is showing on the site as billed, and has been for 15 days.  You've taken my money, how long does it take to dispatch these things?

Over 2 weeks seems excessive, especially without a communication notifying the customer of a delay.
