Is your ability to do charm options (or intimidate) in ME2 affected by your P/R Ratio?  Or is it affected by your whole amount of Pargon or Renegade points?  Because I want to be able to do Renegade interrupts w/o having to worry about my characters getting into fights and not being able to stop them with charm.
