Hi, I have problem with accessing Mass Effect official page (masseffect.bioware.com), it always redirects me back to Bioware homepage (www.bioware.com). I suspect it may have something to do with non-working age verification gate which prohibited me to go there about month ago. What should I do to access it now?

Clear any cookies related to masseffect.bioware.com.

I already did that before and I still couldn't access it - I fear their age checks are tied to IP addresses somehow else I don't know where the problem is.

Your age is tied to your EA account and can't be changed. It's also hidden from view.
