It's been done. Well, for DA2 anyway.
Edit: For DAO, you can:
Change a companion to look like a desire demon. I recommend Oghren.
Equip a character with mage robes and hat that make them look like a desire demon.
Learn spells that let you summon desire demons.
I haven't used any of these mods and have no idea how or if they work.
