5. CPU Usage is still 100% from title screen thoughout the game, pretty damn worrying
(Its an Intel Core2Duo E8500, runs games like Crysis 64bit, Witcher, FO3 pretty damn well full graphics etc not a glitch)
Don't know how much usage, but I have a much older Pentium D (probably first of those released too) and I have no issues with the game.

I installed it : perfect
I ran ME2 : OK
I started playing: here is the problem, when I go to talk to some characters the yellow square indicating selection; which should turn blue when you approach them. Except when I approach characters the yellow square wont turn blue, thus not allowing me to talk to the character...unless of course I move the camera around and if im lucky enough, there is a position awkward enough for the game to realize I am in front of a character and wish to talk to him/her...
This happened right after I installed the patch so I assume It is the thing responsible for this bug.
is anyone else getting this?

I don't think I'll push my luck; the patch can wait for my next playthrough.

Didnt fix any of my issues some oif which I find pretty dangerous for my system
after the patch I got the Loading Screen Hang with the vid relooping, not the best start.
2. Still got long loading times (black screen after loading screen, task manager goes into "Not Responding" for about 40-70 secs before starting)
4. Game is glitchier now, a lot more stuttering, than before.
5. CPU Usage is still 100% from title screen thoughout the game, pretty damn worrying

Did you try the manual affinity fix? This cuts my loading time down to almost nothing. After firing up the game, set the affinity for the process to 1 core, press ok. Then set it to all cores, and press ok.

Fixed an issue where pressing F9 after the mission completion screen
reset Shepard to Level 1.
Ouch and does this changelog include the patch that my Xbox 360 got this weekend?

This happens to me all the time anyway.
So I guess this patch isn't going to fix it. Bummer.
