Well that's weird, where did my message go? :<
Anyways, I'm trying to log onto the Bioware Social Network using my EA account, and it says that I've successfully logged on using my EA account... but then when I try to complete profile creation, it says that my email address is already taken?
Will I not be able to redeem my DLC?

Are you using the same email address as your existing account here? Or have you used that email address when creating an account at the old Bioware Community?
When you create an account here, an underlying EA account is automatically created and linked to your account. Are you trying to log in with that EA account, or a different one? Because if its the EA account that shares the same email address as your account here, you don't need to do anything. Just continue to log in here with the same username and password.
As long as the http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php page shows the email address you log into the game with, its save to redeem your DLC.

Never mind, I talked to EA on the phone and they were able to fix everything! I guess from now on I know to call them rather than talk to them online. World of difference.

On a similar note, I just created this account, having forgotten about my old BioWare account. Anyone know if it's possible to link/merge the two, or who to contact about this? It may not be possible, since none of the old BioWare games seem to appear under the game registration page.
