If you're not logged on to your account, the PS3 and Mac support forums are not visible from the main index. What is up with that?
Why are the PS3 and Mac support forums hidden?

I kinda feel bad about the Mac forum. As far as I can tell, not a single user-created thread has ever received a response from a Bioware employee.

They are no longer hidden. A BioWare rep repplied to a PM and corrected the issue. They stated it was an oversight.

It seems like like lots of oversights have occured. How about the the one where Bioware neglects, ignores, or maybe just flat doesnt give a crap about the PS3 players. Very little support on the "support" page, delayed patch, delayed downloadable content, and how about getting less for my money on console with the toolset available only for PC. Let me be clear, though. I thoroughly love the game and have spent more time than i care to mention playing. I am looking forward to playing Awakenings, as well. However i do feel that the PS3 audience has suffered needlessly, and are treated like 2nd class players. If there are valid reasons for the things i have mentioned, then I will withdraw my complaint. I have been a fan of Bioware's games for a long time, and i hope they keep producing great games. But I do wish they would treat all platforms equally. It is likely there are many variables that i am unaware of that affect the subjects i mentioned, and i do understand this. But i believe more could have been done to keep PS3 gamers informed. Thank you.
